Pesaka Bumiputera Bersatu (PBB) will support every decision made by the Prime Minister Najib Razak for the candidates to stand in the next General Election! The deputy president of PBB told this after closing the State Health Department’s Quran Recital Competition.
The PBB machineries are now ready to roll out and rumble to force the opposition out of Sarawak. The grassroots leaders have pledged to maintain their stronghold. Rumour has it that Ahmad Nazib Johari is one of the names that will contest in Petra Jaya seat. However, the PBB youth will ensure that their leader, Fadillah Yusoff will not give in to PKR easily!
Nazib will be named as the new Chief of PKR Sarawak if he managed to wrestle the Petra Jaya seat.
Previously, Nazib contested during the State General Election at N8. Satok against the PBB deputy president, Abang Johari. He lost the seat and did not turn up during the election result announcement at the Kuching Civic Centre.

KUCHING: Parti Pesaka Bumiputera Bersatu (PBB) is all geared up for the 13th general election, said its deputy president Datuk Amar Abang Johari Tun Openg.
In fact, with its election machinery in place, he said the party was ready to be deployed anytime Parliament is dissolved.
Speaking to reporters after attending a function here yesterday, the Housing Minister pointed out that it was vital to make early preparations to ensure victory for all the party’s candidates.
“We are ready, only waiting for the ‘semboyan’ (trumpet) to be blown,” he told reporters after closing the State Health Department’s Quran Recital Competition at the old State Legislative Assembly complex.
To another question, he said PBB’s list of candidates had already been sent to the top BN leaders.
“We have sent the names of candidates, and now it is up to Chief Minister Pehin Sri Abdul Taib Mahmud and Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak to give the final say on who to be retained or who to be dropped,” he said.
He reminded all PBB grassroots members to give their fullest support to the party candidates.
Of the 31 parliamentary seats in Sarawak, 29 are held by BN including 14 by PBB.
